At Print-F, all products are custom-printed and produced based on individual customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered.
No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

No cancellations are accepted once the order enters production.

No discounts or credits will be provided in place of refunds.

Sale items and regular-priced items are treated equally — all are non-refundable.
Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Reviewing artwork before submission

Verifying spelling, layout, sizing, and specifications

Confirming paper type, binding option, and finishing details
Print-F is not responsible for errors approved in the final submitted file.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an order is delivered with manufacturing defects or physical damage caused by us, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the issue

Order details and invoice number
After verification, we may reprint the affected items at our discretion.
No monetary refund will be issued.
Custom & Personalized Products
All thesis printing, assignments, banners, merchandise, certificates, and bulk event materials are made-to-order and cannot be returned.
Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, Print-F is not responsible for:

Courier delays

Incorrect addresses provided by customers
